With the rapid development of the communication network, A variety of speech coding technologies also continue to move forward to meet the application requirements of different communication networks. However, speech coding techniquey and interface type used in different communication networks are different. It maks voice communication between networks very diffult. So, a device need to be developed out to solve this problem. The project of various types of voice processing platform is established to slve the questions that voice interworking can not be achieved between the different communications network, because various communications use different voice coding and communication interfaces. It can access private communication network or universal communication network. This paper analyzes the working principle and technology system of the various types of voice processing platform. Combined with the communication network system requirements, the paper clears the system components, functional division and system specifications, and proposes a design of centralized processing voice service. At the same time,it creates a new application that sets in one of the transform of voice dode convertion and various communication interfaces, and this application includes the coding and decoding of G.729A、CVSD、PCM、AMR-NB,conference call and the interfaces of E1、A、K、two wire conversion analog relay. After a self-test,voice interoperability testing and conference call testing between different communications network to the platform, This solution proves to be able to solve the problem that voice of different communications network can not communicate with each other because they are coded by different ways.
