Large aperture antennas are widely used in many fields. As the development oftechnologies, the apertures of the antennas become more and more larger, therequirement of design accuracy also increases to a incredible high level, all theseindicate the grater importance of the environment factors on the antennas. Focused onthe above problems, this paper has done the works as following: The simulation oftemperature field of antennas with solar radiation and the design of the layout ofthermometers on the antennas.In the aspect of the temperature field simulation, the variations of the temperaturefields of the antennas are studied. The effects of different simplification methods ofantenna model on the simulation results are also studied, with the proper simplificationof antenna model and the boundary conditons, considering the the shadow effcts ofdifferent parts of the model, a transient temperature field simulation is carried out, andthen, the temperature fields in the different moments and its varations are successfullyobtained.There are two problems which are mainly studied in the research of layout designof thermal sensoring system. Firstly, the reconstruction of the temperature field. Acomparison between inverse distance interpolation method and BARNES objectiveanalysis method are carried out according to their effects in the reconstruction oftemperature field. Barnes method is finally choosed because of its high reconstructionaccuracy and low calculation cost. Secondly, the optimium layouts design of sensoringsystem. The widely used optimization algorithm GA method is introduced and used inthis work. Another two heuristic methods (ESPS and WOBI methods) are also studied.And another two new optimization methods named WOBI and PESPS respectively areproposed based on the above two heuristic methods. With the probability searchstrategy, these methods have a certain ability of overcoming local optimum points andthen approaching the global optimum point. Theoretical analysis and experiments aredone about these two methods; results show that they are of lower calculation cost andbetter effect. Some cases of optimum layouts design based on PWOBI methods arethen done. Optimum layouts which account the temperature field in a sigle moment oraccount multiple fields simultaneously are obtained by single object optimization andmultiple objects optimization respectively. This paper presents a preliminary research about this engineering problem,introducing the relevant theories and the rough results. It will of certain guide value inthe design of temperature monitoring system.
