Scattering is a wireless and over-the-horizon communication based on theatmosphere scatters spread phenomenon. Driven by contemporary LSI and new digitaltechnology, scatter communication has made tremendous progress in spectrumexpanding, link bandwidth and application modes.Scatter communication is one of the rare few terrestrial wireless over-the-horizoncommunications owing to its far communication distance, wide bandwidth expandingpotential, rather low running costs. Now, more portable and large-capacity of scatteringequipment is appearing, which is expanding the application modes in scattering. Besidethe traditional voice and low-speed data services, an increasing number of Ip data accessdemands has appeared. Therefore, it is an important topic worthy further research andexploration to building up a convenient and efficient scattering access network to meetthe demands of user multi-service access by exerting the scatter communication’ssuperiority. It is just the goal of this thesis. The main contents and contributions of thethesis are as follows:1) The thesis discusses some typical issues in scattering acess networks as wellas their solution. Through two ways of system design and developing special interfacedevice, it eliminates the influence of scattering channel error jitter in access network, solves the frequent serious fault such as IP data packet loss, interface blockage orinterrupt;2) The thesis summarizes the various engineering calculations in the scatteringlink design. For the designing requirements in multi-direction scattering accessnetworks, the thesis carries on a performance simulation bases on the MIMOtechnology, this provides theory basis for scattering link design. The thesis lists somedemands analysis for scattering access networks as well.3) For the conventional scattering serices, the thesis describes some typicalaccess designs, analyes kinds of protocol converter parameters in the scattering accessnetworks; discusses the typical applications of scattering access including groupreuters transfer access and multi-services access.4) Combined with WiMAX broadband access technology, and the WiMAXapplication mode in scattering communication, analyzes the new trends of developing scattering access networks.5) The thesis describes some typical applications and the system testing methodfor a scattering access system, analyzes the experiments across mountains and theexperiment results on emphasis that the author participated in designing and carryingout, verified the strong adaptability of the scattering access networks from theperspective of experiment. In conclusion, the thesis has analyzed the main access techniques based onscattering communications and their typical applications; and has given somesimulation test results, which has verified that the design of several typical accessmethods can reach the expected goal.
