In recent years, with the emerge and development of the bandwidth - intensive business, such as HDTV,VOD,the technology of broadband access is receiving more and more attention of the academia and the industry. In the wired field, only the EPON in the optical access filed can provide lower cost and high bit rate access for the last kilometer. In the wireless area,WiMAX as a broadband wireless access technology has the km-level coverage and is able to coverage meeting diverse terrain. The integration of EPON and WiMAX can effectively reduce costs, and provide high-bandwidth,high-mobility services for users. This paper synthetically considerate the characteristics of EPON and WiMAX.After the realization of direct communication between ONU_BSs based on the Mesh mode of WiMAX,this paper propose a new type of upstream bandwidth scheduling framework which is suitable integrated network of EPON and WiMAX.On the basis of the analysis of upstream bandwidth requested and granted of integrated network of EPON and WiMAX,design the upstream bandwith control and distribution plan--C_ONU_BS plan which is suitable for the new structure of EPON netwok and WiMAX network.Under the premise of not changing the agreement of EPON and WiMAX,the C_ONU_BS plan map the five businesses which are convergenced by the WiMAX networks to the five priority queues of EPON's ONU and dispatch unitedly, optimized the overall performance of the integrated network. Finally, the simulation results of the OMNET++ simulation platform show that compared with ordinary ONU_BS scheme, the C_ONU_BS scheme has reduced the delay of business and ensured the quality of service of the end user.
