Small Loan Company’s Business Process Optimization With IT

Based on the first-hand material of the company Z and the related research documents this thesis builds a IT-oriented business processes and organizational structure optimization model. Analyzing the business processes from four aspects:information processing, automated processing, sophisticated management and parallelism mechanism,the model provides support to process diagnose and optimization. Then doing business processes optimization of company Z using the.SRM and the model and.evaluating the optimization implementation effect by the balanced scorecard theory and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. As a result, the model has been applied in Z successfully and achieved the expected object in the aspects of improving processing efficiency, customer satisfaction and the loan quality.The conclusions are as follows:1. IT provides the necessary support for business process optimization, business process optimization must be IT-oriented;2. Business process optimization implementation model based on IT is suitable for small loan company;3. For the small loan companies, optimize the loan approval process is the most important, is directly related to enhance its comprehensive competitiveness.
