| Abstract:Though the ontology theory in the Life Cycle Cost area is mature, knowledge management is being developed in LCC area at home and abroad.The products in machinery manufacturing industry are correspondingly complex and the product LCC includes different kinds of knowledge.The research institutions at home and abroad are devoting to the knowledge base system with the function of reasoning and query to intelligentize the LCC controlling in the enterprise.In this paper, By relating the knowledge involved in the LCC management activites in the manufacturing area with the ontology knowledge base system constructing and guided by a new ontology construction method combining seven-step method with TOVE method, we construct and store the LCC domain ontology from the perspective of manufacturing industry and also realize the knowledge base’s reasoning and query function,which provide a reference for people in manufacturing product’s cost management to build a shareable and reusable LCC knowledge base.First,several classic ontology evaluation method is evaluated comprehensively,and a new ontology construction method which effectively guarantees domain ontology’s correctness in theoretical logic and practical application is proposed, which establishs value bases of this research.Then, by analyzing business process in manufacturing industry and consulting literature,the conceptual model of LCC ontology is proposed.On this basis, presentation of LCC ontology in owl language and storage in relational database is performed.In addition, reasoning activities process of LCC knowledge base is described detailly in data flow and work flow manner,and an independent rule base is constructed.With ontology inference engine of Jena and a reasoning model of ontology and rule, we can solve the foundation of inference problem effectively.At last,LCC ontology query based on SPARQL language and LCC knowledge base maintenance is discussed. |
