In the iron and steel smelting industry,good permeability can make a fullerphysical and chemical response for all material. This relates to the quality andefficiency of iron, and therefore we need to detect mineral material and the coke thatreturned back to the blast furnace. Whether at home or abroad, it is one of the mostimportant metallurgical technology. People always keep their eyes on the widespreadconcern technical. In this paper,Zhengzhou University and Xinxiang Sida limitedcompany want to develop a new type of particle size measurement system forShougang Jingtang Ltd.I made some research on the measurement system andobtained some useful results.In this thesis, according to the environmental requirements and the maintechnical indicators of the particle size measurement system, after the full analysis ofthe sampling and screening technology, I proposed a new program that a hydrauliccylinder takes the car to achieve the expected sampling during the first round of thebelt conveyor. I also used a combination of three inertial shaker excitation sources tomeet the precise requirements of the new screening program excitation sourcesconfiguration. In order to meet the design requirements tick cards, I used thesophisticated polyurethane mesh sieve and precision. Finally, I carried out a detailedanalysis and research on the structure and working principle and characteristics of theprogram. The combination of the new program after the preferred constituted a newparticle size measurements mechanical system. Finally, I introduced the details of thestructure and working principle of the system.According to the requirements of new material particle size measurement system,I also research and design the electrical control system. I also analyze the accuracyrequirements of the system and select the load cell and design weighing system. According to various aspects of the operation of mechanical systems, I designedPLC control system and draw up PLC control program. In order to facilitate theoperation and inspection, I draw up configuration screen based on configurationsoftware.I also established a mathematical system for the weighing model and useSimulink software to analyze its control performance in detail and got some bestcontrol parameters.The new material particle size measurement system had been put into use inShougang Jingtang Ltd in December2013.Various technical indicators have reachedthe pre-study purpose and function. It has brought good results. This system not onlyimproves efficiency, but also has brought huge benefits for the entire company.
