Case Analysis Of Internal Auditing Of SXBC

With the development of marketing economy, corporate stakeholders have increasingly demand on corporate governance. As a key part of corporate governance, internal auditing is irreplaceable in enhancing corporate’s operating mechanism, management system, and operational efficiency. The Internal Audit Department should give full play in advising and serving to make contributions to the company’s value creation and escort the enterprise in the increasingly fierce competition in the market.After a decade of fast development, the ShanXi Broadcasting Corporation which was a cable service provider has become an integrated media service provider and the whole company enters a new stage of development. With the continuous expansion of the scale and branch structure, the corporation is facing a more serious problem in group control. At the very time, internal auditing becomes one of the most important tools for the company to strengthen the internal supervise and prevent risks.In this paper, based on the theory related to internal auditing and the fact of internal auditing in ShanXi Broadcast Corporation, we analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the company’s internal auditing. And we come up with some reasonable advice to help the company modify its internal auditing which is also worth learning to other corporation.
