Secondly, inaccordance with the requirements of software engineering project,we analysis thedemands of the enterprise business and get the demands of its system. Model thesystem based on the result of analysis. Design the system based on the needsanalysis,including the software application design and business logicdesign.Meantime,based on the the object-oriented theory,using UML for systemdesign,confirming that we finish the system under the B/S mode.Based on the analysisand design of the system,we finish the database design,including databasemodeling(E-R diagram) and the logical database design. Finally, with the application ofknowledge such as ASP.NET and AJAX RP and so on,we developed a recruitment andaudit system with a good interaction,a practical function which can meet the currentneeds.And test the related system.This part of main development including: for audit plan, audit, corporate audit,audit data archiving management. According to the system of the actual workflowsystem is divided into the audit plan management, file management, audit projectmanagement, data collection and management, the audit report forms management,personnel management, security management function module, through the interfaceand integration will each functional module and orderly together, has reached thesystem audit management needs in an all-round way.This article has made great efforts on the requirements analysis and the user interaction experience to achieve a strongly expanded, highly code-reused system whichcan be conveniently maintained.At the same time,we improve the traditional B/Sstructure’s poor user interaction experience and poor function.We improve the system’spracticality and ease of use and receive a good result.The main function of this system isuser job applications,enterprise recruitment of staff,invitations,audit staff.
