How to create a high quality software is the core problem of software industry to face, in the development of today’s enterprise applications, conceptual confusion, confusion of terms, design cannot reflect demand and code is difficult to understand, as a variety of common problems, always troubled many software developers, caused the blind and low efficiency of software development. Domain-Driven Design, as an excellent software development idea since it is born, through continuous practice, have affirmed by many experts, provides an efficient method to solve the above problems.This article of the personnel information management platform is based on the personnel business under a government unit, the aim is to create a software platform which can support the daily work of the unit, and unifiedly manage all the business. Because the characteristic of personnel business in the unit is large quantity, wide variety and high relation, the article take the idea of Domain-Driven Design to build a reasonable domain model and system architecture, in order to realize the system development goal better. The article first describe the theory of the Domain-Driven Design, including the theory’s feature, construction of the domain model and the system level architecture, then combined with the actual personnel business, gradually create and finish the domain model of the whole system, and deeply research the domain model and the system architecture in the.NET platform, finally is able to thoroughly implement the model, complete the development of the system, also proves the feasibility and rationality of applying the Domain-Driven Design idea in the personnel information management software.
