Design And Implementation Of The "My Ocean Forecast" System Based On The Intelligent Mobile Platform

This project comes from my internship in The Information System Office of The State Oceanic Administration.During my internship I have participated in the project named "Design and Implementation of the "My Ocean Forecast" system based on the intelligent mobile platform". Today, with the unprecedented development of information network technology, the emergence of smart mobile devices provides a convenient for people to access to information quickly.This project as official software of marine information forecasts, which based on mobile intelligent platform, led by The Information System Office of The State Oceanic Administration, and with the cooperation of multiple departments.This article begins from the requirements which put forward by The Information System Office of The State Oceanic Administration.Firstly the article introduces the background, purpose, significance, development status of the same or similar products in the domestic and abroad, and the design of thie article. Seconedly introducing the core technologies and tools used in the project. Then in turn from the project requirement analysis, detailed design, the implementation and test of the project are introduced in details. Finally the author talks about the summary and outlook in the latter phase of the project. The system "my ocean forecast" project is divided into three subsystems, they are the Mobile Data Server Side, the Mobile Application Server Side and the Mobile Client Side.The author’s work in this project including the database established data connection, data import, database optimization of Mobile Data Server Side, the design and implementation of Android system of the Mobile Client Side.Including, and participating in the testing work of late.After the completion of the project, it will provide the information of marine environment for smart mobile devices users including conventional forecast, marine disasters alarm, marine weather forecasts and alarm, ocean city and tourism, fisheries production safety, airline security forecast and other services. After the launch of the project, it will be a more mature and authoritative marine forecast warning products on mobile platform for the majority of smart mobile terminal users. The project will provide convenient, fast, efficient and official marine information.
