Design And Implementation Of Mobile Content Billing Monitoring System

In order to enable the visualization of monitoring intrinsic mobile content in various aspects in real time. Mobile companies need to show the multi-perspectives of the alarm monitoring and performance data from business lines, business sectors and etc. Original manual monitoring method is more complicated, the monitored data need to be viewed manually by first-line operators from the different systems respectively, and the performance data of acquisition machine is not accurate data, the alarm information need to be notified manually. Besides, the original manual monitoring methods lack of ways to show the multi-perspectives of the state of the monitoring system from business lines, business sectors and etc. Therefore, the development of a real-time visual monitoring system that can greatly facilitate the data monitoring for front-line operators.Paper first describes the background and significance of the project, and analyses the situation both at home and abroad. Then it analyzes functional and non-functional requirements of the content billing monitoring system, established functional modules of the system. On this basis, we design architecture of the system and various functional modules in detail. We implement functions of the system and demonstrate the relevant function interface, then show a brief description of the system test. Finally, this paper is summarized. The system is developed using Java programming language and several common design patterns, using JSP and Flex technologies to implement the monitoring page. I completed the works of analysis, design, implementation, testing of the following functional modules:Design monitoring data interfaces, database design, global view of the module, the business process diagrams modules, alarm display, process information display, monitor the call records history, network topology modules, host performance show, the process group information on host.This system passed the verification test of users and has been integrated into first-line operating network of mobile companies. First-line operators have already used it online. Recently, the system can do a visual display of monitored data from different perspectives in real time, the accuracy of data and speed of page response are in full compliance with the requirements of users. it is stable without abnormal circumstances, and gain positive feedbacks from users.
