This power supply is a static variable power supply converters, power electronics is the use ofmodern technology for control and power conversion devices, it belongs to the second transformation. It isa very important part of the aircraft, ships and other power supply system, replacements of the early rotarypower inverter. In recent years to improve the type and quantity of overall operational performance, aircraftand other high-tech electronic equipment mounted increasing, not only increase the total powerconsumption of different electrical equipment for electrical energy required frequency and voltagerequirements are different for static variable power of technical indicators also put forward higherrequirements. Because of its low noise, high power density, good dynamic performance, high reliabilityhas been a hot topic in the field. Modern power electronics technology and the rapid development ofmicroprocessor technology, coupled with the development of advanced control strategies and theemergence of digital processing technology, greatly promoted to high integration, high energy density, highreliability, digital, intelligent technology, developed a wide frequency special modular power supply.Further, in the laboratory or production line are often required when commissioning test voltage source, thefrequency can be adjusted within a certain range. Therefore, under the new situation wide frequency staticvariable power is a very promising high-tech products, research on a wide static variable frequency powersupply either for defense or scientific research has great significance.This paper introduces the principle and implementation of SPWM modulation method proposedfuzzy double-loop control technology based on voltage and current proportional control, according to therelevant performance requirements static variable power, given the main circuit power supply systems,control circuit design, auxiliary circuit solution. Also portability is also easy to upgrade and expand the system, truly,"isessentially the same hardware, software, slightly modified" to meet different customer needs. Prototype test results show that the power supply has a voltage adjustment rate, anti-interference ability, high powerdensity, wide frequency range of the regulator, the output waveform quality, etc., value is very prominent.
