With the advancement of technology and the popularity of electronic products, PCBhas been the indispensable part in our electronic products.But traditional process of PCBproduction has the insurmountable problems in energy conservation and manufacturingprecision.PCB inkjet printing technology has many advantages in shortening theproduction cycle,cutting down the cost of production,improving the accuracy ofproduction and reducing environmental pollution,and it has been the mainstream in PCBproduction. In recent years, the PCB inkjet printer with ink-jet printing technology hasmatured; it gradually applied to the manufacture of PCB. Rasterized graphics occupies animportant position in the inkjet printer PCB, studding PCB printer graphics rasterizationmethod can improve the quality of the manufacturing precision PCB with greatsignificance.Firstly, this paper describes the PCB printer graphics rasterization process theory andmethods, including Gerber file parsing, basic graphics rasterization algorithms andanti-aliasing technology. Secondly, it focuses on the straight line and circle rasterizationalgorithms. Using the symmetry of straight line about its center and the linear correlationpixels on the lines,the Bresenham line algorithm is improved, Each time the algorithmcan generate two straight rows of pixels which is symmetrical about the center point, itgreatly improve the line speed. On the basis of improved Bresenham line drawingalgorithm, it introduces the hemispherical filter algorithm, and gradation values of theneighboring pixels on the straight line become more gradual, reducing the zigzag line. Forcircular symmetry, with a thought of octants of the circle, it introduces the concept ofcircular double-step generation and improves the circle Bresenham algorithm, which cangenerate two pixels when algorithm performed each time. Based on the improvedBresenham circle algorithm, anti-aliasing algorithm is proposed. According to the area ateach boundary pixel within the circle, it determines their respective grayscale values,thereby reducing the serrated edge of the circle.Finally, based on the study of a variety of graphics rasterization algorithms, the PCBprinter graphics rasterization system is designed and implemented.And after theexperiment, it proves the correctness of the improved rasterization algorithm.This newalgorithms can effectively improve the speed and quality of graphics rasterization.
