| Nowadays with the development of industrial, the machinery and equipment has become more and more sophisticated, large-scale, automation. It is lead to machinery and equipment more and more complex. In order to ensure machinery and equipment long-term stable and efficient, the companies are trend to use the monitoring system to make sure the machinery and equipment is stable and efficient.China lakes part in the state monitoring area just has a few years, but with the time and the rising of attention, lots of original model and productized monitoring system has been developed, with the development of that, China’s online monitoring system area has been promoted. It has laid the foundation of the mode of state monitoring repair. Most of the monitoring systems which have been used were designed and developed for specific machinery and equipment; it lacks the consideration of software’s scalability and maintenance. So, the design state monitoring system experience cannot be fully accumulation.This thesis is based on the WMS wireless monitoring system project, it supports the multi model acquisition equipment, and combined the method of theoretical study of monitoring system, the system is divided into data production and data consumption, through LabVIEW queue message processor model, combined the method of object-oriented, developed original system (Online Data Monitoring System, ODMS) that have an easy maintenance, expansion, and so on. The WMS project has been tested by the QPZZ-II rotary machinery and the deployment of on-line monitoring system of cement plant, it not only can effectively realize the system maintenance, expansion, reuse, but also can provide the reference for the field researcher. |
