With the rapid development of Internet and computer technology, intelligentmobile penetration rate is higher and higher, the proportion of the use of mobiledevices to access the web site also gradually increase, there is an urgent need to usemobile devices anytime, anywhere access to the Internet resources. But mobile devicescreen sizes, there exists great difference with ordinary computer hardwareperformance, and the use of mobile device users scenario and the differences betweentraditional Internet users also is very big, in the traditional sense of the website designis not well meet the demand of the use of the mobile user scenario. At the same timethe characteristics of the mobile device fragmentation is very obvious, the design anddevelopment of the mobile web site is great challenge.To solve above problems, this paper designed and implemented based on thestrategy of content into mobile web development platform, this platform according tothe difference of enterprise oneself circumstance, can rapid response and meet thepersonalized needs of enterprise mobile information, maximizing the characteristicsof mobile end anytime and anywhere, the original business system and mobileterminal perfect docking and fusion, so as to realize the enterprise PC to the mobileterminal to provide rapid and stable business. On the whole, this platform can fullysolve the enterprises face in the process of moving towards mobile informationapplication development difficult and complex operation management and theback-end service integration difficult question. In this paper, the concrete researchcontent is as follows:1) Research starting from the study mobile web development present situation,through the study of the patterns of several kinds of typical web development, as wellas the comprehensive comparison of existing web information extraction technology,puts forward the algorithm of web information extraction based on regional block density.2) Designed and implemented based on the strategy of content into mobile webdevelopment platform. The platform is designed to less human intervention to theWeb site from PC to mobile migration.3) Finally, a mobile web site design and development of examples to verify theproposed design method of mobile web development platform and the feasibility ofthe design principles. Instance is one of Qingdao management college mobile versionto run the official web site, and the adaptation of mobile web sites intelligent terminalequipment including Android and iOS, can better improve the user experience ofdifferent device access mobile web site, to realize the cross-platform ability, directlyreduce the development and maintenance costs.The innovation of the thesis points as follows:A) Based on regional block density of web information extraction algorithm, canin the case of without being limited by the HTML tags extract page of text, with highaccuracy.B) Designed on the premise of less manual intervention, through the study of thejudgment of web page type, and then according to the corresponding rules to convertthe web content of mobile web development platform.Finally through the test surface, the transformation platform can complete website under less manual intervention from PC to mobile the migration, has highpractical value.
