Since entering a new century and new era,business has developed rapidly,this makes the selection of business site more prominent.A good business site will bring huge volume of passenger flow and largely enhance business popularity.An unsuitable business site will make business to bear more competition.Once a site is chosen,it cannot be easily replaced.Thus business site selection is a problem that can't be avoided by any entity business,which requires businessmen to be highly cautious when conducting business site.The paper must make sure that the selected site is optimal and avoid changing the site again.The existing methods for site selection adopt a top-down selection manner manually,which cannot be applied to large amount of data.The paper considers the distribution of other instances of the same feature with an instance will affect the value of it,thus we propose a business site selection method based on density and co-locations,according to the business data in real life,performing business site selection objectively,to solve the problem that the existing site selection method cannot be well performed in the case of large data.The business site selection algorithm proposed in this paper is based on density and spatial Co-location.First,A pre-process procedure is performed on the real data to make the input data standard;Second,Ontology is constructed based on the input data to classify the semantic;Third,neighborhood relationship is measured using the input data;Fourth,based on ontology and spatial neighborhood relation,prevalent co-locations containing user-specific feature(business)are mined;Fifth,the user-specific feature(business)is divided according to its semantic information to judge its influence;Finally,high value co-location patterns containing user-specific feature are mined based on density in order to perform the following site selection operation.The Beijing City real POI(Point of Interests)data is used in this paper to evaluate parameters on the influence of the accuracy of the business site,meanwhile,a prototype system is built based on our proposed algorithm,the prototype system is simple and practical,which proved the effectiveness of the business site selection algorithm proposed in this paper.
