With the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China Mobile,China Telecom and China Unicom has issued three third-generation mobilecommunication (3G) licenses, it flags our country has entered into the3G era formally.Now, the industry has done research deeply how to construct,operate and maintenancein3G, how to build business support for the3G system is involved in3G networkconstruction,3G business development and market development and3G promotionand other aspects of the industry is the focus of attention.The main purpose of this paper is to build conditions in line with the requirementsof national business support system model for TD-SCDMA.First, the major businesssupport systems for providers in building a more complete business support system toprovide some solutions, next by this system can provide a service for3G support.Thesystem is based on the existent Business and Operation Support System (BOSS)system, making use of existent BOSS system to be modified, upgrading in order tosupport existent and future3G services.During development in accordance with theoverall software development process design, through definition and planning,requirements analysis, software design, software coding, software testing process.The development of business and market,along with communications networktechnology can be relatively separated to be considered.So the development ofbusiness and construction of business support network should not be limited in3G, andbusiness functions to business needs and overall consideration. This paper emphasizedthe need for the existent business, based from the current support network as a startingpoint to explore the future direction of development, and the3G business supportsystem that primarily affects several aspects including accounting, billing, datacollection, accountsService and other research.But this paper did not make theappropriate customer management systems research.Complete platform for unifiedaccess to major customers, customer management, customer service, workflowmanagement, marketing management, business analysis of feedback applications,customer management system statistics, system management functions.
