This paper emphasizedthe need for the existent business, based from the current support network as a startingpoint to explore the future direction of development, and the3G business supportsystem that primarily affects several aspects including accounting, billing, datacollection, accountsService and other research.But this paper did not make theappropriate customer management systems research.Complete platform for unifiedaccess to major customers, customer management, customer service, workflowmanagement, marketing management, business analysis of feedback applications,customer management system statistics, system management functions.
