Design And Implementation Of Internet Public Opinion Monitoring System

In recent years, the Internet has been paid more and more attention, and it hasbecome an indispensable part of people’s work and life. However, due to somefeatures such as the Internet’s virtualization, concealment, randomness, more peopleare willing to use it to express real ideas, which have a deep and great impact on thework of the women’s federation. In order to collect the whole relative public ideason the Internet timely, the paper designs and realizes a monitoring system of publicopinion, which ensures that the relevant public opinion was found for the first timeand provides an important basis for the leadership decision-making.Based on the analysis of the public opinion monitoring system’s backgroundand significance, the paper studies the relative legal necessity and basis, and thencombines with the characteristics and needs of women’s federation’s publicopinion work. The paper studies three ways of common analysis method and modelof Internet public opinion: analysis and model based on public opinion, hotspot topicdetection analysis and model, analysis and model based on social network analysis,and then combines with the characteristics of women’s work, chooses the first way toconstruct its model, designs and implements the system using the method of softwareengineering. In the overall design, the system is divided into six layers(information collection layer, information extraction layer, information processinglayer, system management layer, user layer, data storage layer) Among them,information collection layer is the process of collecting the needed public opinion,information extraction layer will download the sensitive information into themachine, extract the information such as title, abstract, content; informationprocessing layer uses the Chinese word segmentation method to process the contentof the information, then classifies the content according to the classificationcharacteristics and save them to the database for querying and generating statisticalanalysis report. According to the system requirement analysis. Informationcollection layer, information extraction layer and information processing layer aredetailed designed by modules. Then the paper explains the realization of the systemcoding and shows the system’s performance.The paper implements the women’s Federation of Internet public opinionmonitoring system by using Python development language and My SQL database.Through the analysis of its application, it achieves the designing goal, improves work efficiency, and greatly improves the initiative and effectiveness of publicopinion work of women’s federation with reducing the workload.
