In the organization, leadership style can affect employee behavior. Although western scholars research on the theory of leadership style has been a long time. The soil in the West grew up among leadership style, which may be an organization of Chinese cultural background "acclimatized". Paternalistic leadership style to produce under the background of Chinese traditional culture, which can better explain the Chinese organization. Organizational citizenship behavior as the organization can "lubricant" to reduce the friction, coordination organization operating parts, promote employee performance and organizational effectiveness. So, paternalistic leadership style, will have what kind of influence on employee work behavior for Chinese enterprises, especially for Chinese enterprise employees’ organizational citizenship behavior?Therefore, this study uses paternalistic leadership style which is under the background of Chinese culture, and use the combination of qualitative and quantitative method to explore the influence of Chinese paternalistic leadership style on organizational citizenship behavior. The research methods and research the main contents are the following:First of all, this research embarks from the actual problem, through reading, carding about literature of paternalistic leadership styles and organizational citizenship behavior, and determines the research question.The second, this research uses the qualitative and quantitative method of combining the argument. First, this research will be through the enterprise case of access, and related information form the case, and use qualitative analysis method to analysis of the case. After the case analysis, using quantitative research method, conducting questionnaire survey, analyzing the collected data, further validation studies.Finally, this research proposes management recommendations.The main conclusions and recommendations in the present study:(1) Different individual background of paternalistic leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. Therefore, managers need to face up to their individual characteristics, adopt different ways of paternalistic leadership and coordination.(2) Three elements of paternalistic leadership style, and are not completely independent, but have correlation.(3) In the paternalistic leadership style, the most significant correlation between virtue leadership and organizational citizenship behavior. Authority leadership will be negative influence on organizational citizenship behavior.(4) Virtue leadership can explain the organizational citizenship behavior best. Therefore, managers should recognize the importance of the paternalistic leadership style, which is under the background of Chinese culture, to the enterprise. And adopt more suitable China’s cultural background management style, to maximize the motivate employees. Through appropriate using authority leadership style, managers will keep distance with a certain degree of sense of majesty to employees, thus ensuring a well-organized operation. In addition, managers need to value kindness leadership and the leadership of virtues, focus on incentives and penalties, and morals, and establish the model guidance mechanism, to promote employee organizational citizenship behavior.
