Because of its All‐weather capability,millimeter wave guidance technology subject to the attention of the world. With the development of millimeter‐wave technology, the application in miniaturized guided weapons have gradually taken seriously. This paper use miniaturized millimeter wave detector as research background,explain the design of its antenna and RF circuit。First,the article introduces the research status of phased array seeker and the key technology. And it introduces the basic components of a phased array detection system and the basic principles of phased array antennas. Presents a miniaturized millimeter wave detection system solutions, combining the characteristics of its operating system gives system uses the work system and angle measurement system, and then given the design of control unit based on millimeter‐wave detector system.Secondly, this paper introduces the basic principles of microstrip antennas, and elaborated the design of microstrip patch unit and the design of microstrip‐waveguide transition structure.Then I analyze the design of a2x2antenna unit in.And it introduce the design of a novel compact phased array antenna,and analyze the pattern of the antenna and beam scanning.Then, it introduce the design of the millimeter wave transceiver link system and the principle of transceiver link. The system use a superheterodyne receiver and two frequency conversion scheme. This paper presents the design of the transmitter chain and analyze the transmit power and the analysis of the spectrum of the transmitter link. This paper presents the design of the receiver chain and the analysis of the received link budget gain, noise figure, sensitivity, dynamic range, and frequency spectrum.Finally, the paper describes the design and implementation of millimeter‐wave subsystems. And it introduced the basic composition and working principle of transceiver components and give the design of transceiver components of the system. The design of the antenna beam control and power distribution network is described in detail. Then the test methods and the results of the transceiver component were summarized. The design and the test results of the frequency conversion module will be described in this paper. The design of the hairpin filter of the module is also described in this paper. It also give a brief introduce the basic principles and composition of phase‐locked loop. Finally it gives design and simulation results of X‐band and L‐band frequency source frequency source, and actual test results of frequency source.
