Modern aircraft systems generally have complex structure and high accuracyrequirements, resulting in the aircraft’s development have many problems such as longerdevelopment cycle and higher research and development costs. The guidance andcontrol systems have an extremely important position and role in aircraft systems,guidance and control system performance directly affects the combat effectiveness ofprecision-guided weapon system. In order to improve the efficiency of research anddevelopment, in the development phase of the aircraft we need to do aircraft simulationtests, and use test data to evaluate the aircraft systems.In view of this, aircraft guidance and control system performance evaluationmethods were studied in this paper.First, according to the characteristics and principles of constructing index system,gives the basic process of index system construction, including the structure of system,the classification and tectonic processes of indexes. In-depth study of the aircraftsystems, in the context of aircraft guidance and control systems, analyzes the structuralrelationship of the system, gives the evaluation indexes in accordance with thecategories, establish a hierarchical of performance evaluation index system, andaccording to the indicator and evaluation purposes, gives the calculation andquantitative for each underlying index.Then, comprehensive assessment methods were studied, analyzed thecharacteristics of several assessment methods, gives a introduction and comparison ofcommon comprehensive assessment methods and considering the characteristics of theaircraft performance evaluation system, select the appropriate integrated approach. Inaddition, considering the difference of the reliability of data and methods in aircraftassessment, proposed a weight determination method with multi-criteria and variableweights, for this aircraft performance evaluation index system’s comprehensiveassessment.Finally, due to the complexity of the aircraft evaluation process, a large amount ofdata calculation, we design and develop the assessment aids, including the overallstructural design and module design; then use the aid to give an aircraft guidance andcontrol system performance evaluation example, and analyzes the results of theassessmen.
