In recent years, the rapidly development of wireless communicationtechnology has deeply changed our lives. However, the demand of wirelessbusiness and users has improved tremendously increased almost beyond thenetwork resource limitation. Network resources, including radio spectrum, power and space, etc. Today’s network resources are mainly faced with twoproblems: first one is the resource is limited. And the second is the inefficientresource utilization, management. Previously such as spectrum resources adaptstatic spectrum allocation and management has not been able to satisfy thenetworking needs. Recently, the concept of cognitive radio is more and morepopular, unlicensed users can perceive idle spectrum through cognitive radiotechnology, and opportunistic or consultative access to the spectrum of licensedusers’ network. The game theory can be used to solve decision-making behaviorbetween primary users and cognitive users direct interaction, we can get theoptimal resource allocation strategies by getting a Nash equilibrium. In order to allow secondary users access to the cognitive network properly, the spectrum resources will as the commodity trading between the Primary userand secondary users in the cognitive spectrum market. Spectrum auction is anefficient way for spectrum trading, the use of game theory to analyze theprimary user and cognitive user spectrum pricing strategy. Unlike the previousauction model, the algorithm in our paper we present is based on incompleteinformation Bayesian game, and analysis of the primary users and cognitiveusers in spectrum trading in the two-stage game process, including spectrumallocation and spectrum pricing game. We get the Nash equilibrium aftertheoretical mathematical iterative (ie, the optimal spectrum demand and offer).Secondly, in this paper we construct a mode in CCRN (CooperativeCognitive radio network). In this style, cognitive users as a relay to help primaryuser transmit information to the basestation, and in return, the primary user isassigned to the cognitive users the transmission slot. For cognitive users, how toallocate power submit to Stakelberg game, the purpose is to maximumthroughput of both primary user and CR users. We consider the energy consume, and put this factor into our utility function...
