Because of the traditional water treatment device control system mainly used inlarge sewage treatment and other places, with the disadvantages of a narrow rangeand high cost.For improving system deficiencies, this article is based on a variety ofsensor to test equipment, with strong specificity, with high streamline of embeddedtechnology, put forward and designed a set of embedded water treatment devicecontrol system.Firstly,this paper introduces the working principle of the control system of watertreatment plant and the design of the overall framework, according to the systemperformance requirements, designed the input and output module, signal acquisitionmodule, communication module and power module, achieved to control the watertreatment plant. STM32F107V in architecture Cortex-M3of the kernel asmicroprocessor for the motherboard of the system, responsible for the sensor signalacquisition and processing, realize the task scheduling with the switch;For thecomplex function of interface circuit, designed a set of STM8S903microcontroller asthe center of the sensor control system, convenient to realize the multifunctionalvalve driving, medicine water pump driving, water level signal detection sensorsdriving, and through the RS-485communication between them and themotherboard;For intelligent management the system, designed the Ethernetcombined with GPRS communication system, realize the online debugging andremote monitoring.Secondly, this article is based on μC/OS-II real-time operating system designedsoftware for system, mainly including the transplantation of the μC/OS-II operatingsystem, main control module, filtering tasks, master/recoil tasks, task cycle, backuptask, multifunctional valve drive module, stepper motor drive module, the water levelsignal detection module, RS-485communication module and so on.Throughmulti-task scheduling each module will be combination get together, designed a set ofreal-time embedded control system based on microprocessor STM32F107V. Experimental tests show that the control system can accurately and real-timecomplete the system’s filtering, master/pre recoil, circulation, standby and so onmulti-task switching. As for small user has high integration, small volume, low costand strong practicability, and has certain actual application value.
