Sequence Control System Of The Chemical Water Treatment Based On Fieldbus Remote I/O

This paper take the chemistry water treatment simulation model of thermal power plant as the controlled plant;simulate chemistry desalinization program sequence control in production field by way of combining FCS remote I/O with PLC control system.First,this paper analyzed the principle of desalinization system and technical process of chemistry water disposal system.Then take PLC as the control system,this paper has completed the configuration of control policy and the HMI monitoring interface refers to the power plant chemistry desalinization system's logic and made them operable by connecting them with developed control circuit board.This paper inferred the relation of the neumatic valve travel time and the gas source pressure,serving as the theory basis for realizing the equipment failure simulation.By debugging the analogue system,it bears the functions of simulating the starts and stops of chemistry desalinization program sequence control and fault simulation.This system may use in the laboratory teaching,and may also searve as training tool for field personnel.
