The proportion of industrial water is currently increasing year by year, but the efficiency of water use is not optimistic, the blind made by concentrated water within the system leads to corrosion, rust, scale, a large number of microbes and slime and so on, which can accelerate the aging of the equipment, but also increase security risks. Despite the common effect of corrosion inhibitors and other chemical methods are good, but inevitably can generate pollution. Therefore the use of ultrasound, electric field, magnetic field and other physical means to resolve corrosion, fouling, microbial growth and other problems, not only can reduce the cost, the most important is that there will be no secondary pollution, and is becoming a research hotspot.At present, electromagnetic water processors which is using widely are always not perfect. The pulse frequency and output voltage and current cannot be adjusted. Because of the mechanism of electromagnetic fields on water is still not clear, the electromagnetic effect of incentives and the inherent ties between the different opinions. There is an urgent need for a fully controllable DC pulse frequency electromagnetic water treatment device to adapt to different water quality, and facilitate the experiment, thus helping the theory of electromagnetic treatment technology.This paper proposes the theory of electromagnetic water treatment technology, modeling respectively from the inductive energy storage of coils, the induced current and the magnetic field of solenoid, analysis of the relationship among output frequency, number of turns and effect, and calculate the energy storage coils, w induced current and magnetic field, the optimum range of parameters, and as a basis to determine the device technical indicators.This device is designed based on the STC12C2052 microcontroller with the H-bridge MOSFET driven by IR2110 .The part of software for STC12C2052 microcontroller designed for outputting the fixed-frequency, frequency, and PWM pulse. The device is stable, and has high resolution, fast conversion speed, high current and other characteristics, to meet the requirements of practical applications and various experiments. In addition, this paper analyses the reason why work status is not stable, always oscillates, to improve the design of the circuit, making the output waveform more stable.In this paper, tests from the two aspects of water and recycled water are designed to study the electromagnetic treatment technology on the physical properties of water, and the coil winding turns, pulse frequency of the effect of inhibiting scale effects and compare with theoretical calculations, get a better consistency in the end.
