With the rapid development of Virtual Reality and computer technology, traditional2D management system and personal management system based on visual surveillance cannot meet the demand of visualization and real3D in complex environment. People desire to construct a virtual simulation environment with realistic immersive, virtual interaction and creation. So the study and application of3D virtual interaction system in complex environment becomes the hot spot for the current study of virtual simulation technology.This paper takes the design and development of indoor3D virtual interaction system as the main line, and uses School of Environment Science and Spatial Informatics, CUMT office building as studying example. According to the demand of real time and interaction of virtual system, the paper mainly study the functional requirements, construction of architecture, framework design, preferred development platform, key algorithms and implementation of the model, etc. The system also realize the development and validation of the prototype system.First, on the basis of analyzing the construction o fineness model in virtual environment, combining with the indoor virtual environment modeling and modeling technology index, the paper constructs the technology process of fineness model of virtual indoor scene and indoor modeling method based on tree hierarchical structure. With help from3ds Max software, the article constructs indoor3D virtual scene and handles the completed virtual scene fine. Analyzing the virtual environment real-time display principle, studying accelerated display technology, the system selects scenario optimization strategy to optimize indoor virtual scene and then completes indoor fineness3D GIS environment simulation.Second, combined with Unity3D engine, aimed at settings feature such as, free interactive roaming, automatic routing roaming, indoor personnel dynamic management, navigation query and so on, we develop a real time and interaction indoor virtual interaction system to study the key technology of real-time rendering principle, entity manipulation principle, Mouse picking algorithm using C#development language. The virtual system could not only receive real time positioning data, query and display positioning data, but also provide new solution. If we need the key code, we could get it.Finally, the indoor location example of School of Environment Science and Spatial Informatics, CUMT office building complete the development and implementation of prototype, test and evaluation, and provide reference for future virtual simulation system.
