Copyright programs are the important part of core assets of a TV station, and thefoundation of program publicity, advertising revenues and channels operation. At present, theeach link of program production, importing, editing and broadcasting has all been maturelystandardized, and equipped with corresponding computer management systems. However, theisolated systems and self-systematization makes relative personnel, funds, materials andinformation of program production scattered in different information systems, which causesthe lack of overall control of process, status and cost in producing programs, finally makes itdifficult to provide powerful data support and scientific basis to program comprehensivebenefits evaluation and overall operation decision-making.For integrating system resources in each link of program production, this article wouldconstruct a comprehensive program production management system based onJAVA+TOMCAT+ORACLE technology, which can be used to cover and run through thewhole process of program producing activities through unifying program codes. The mainwork includes the follow five aspects:1. Analyze and sort out requirements, including requirements of program producingprocess on this system, the requirements between local system and systems in otherproducing links, and non-functional requirements.2. To complete the detail design of functional modules, including basic informationmaintenance module, approval center module, project approval management module, columnmanagement module, program codes management module, budget module, cost managementmodule, after planting management module, query statistics module, and the design ofinterfaces between local system and other systems.3. According to detail design of modules, construct a conceptual model of systemdatabase; design necessary data sheet for system’s business on the basis of conceptual model;planning database and configure reasonable enviromental parameters based on ORACLEtechnology.4. Start writing codes to realize the system, including system environment construction,system implementation and the interfaces between local system and other systems. 5. Complete testing for system, test the function, performance and safety of the systemand optimize it according to the test result, to let it meet the requirements.Through the implementation of this system, the whole process of program producing canbe under-controlled, which ensures the program planning, production, editing andbroadcasting, collection,collation, development and utilization can be in order, makesprograms’ pre-incident plan, in-process control and post analysis and evaluation realized.
