The Research Of Personalized Knowledge Service Based On User Context Ontology

With the rapid development of computer technology, the information in the Internet is mounted up exponentially everyday, and the amount of information in people'everyday life will increase massively. In the face of massive data processing and storage, the traditional information service system mostly takes the user inquiry key word as the basis to search the related information, not considered the user concrete environment in the knowledge servicing activities, which obviously can not satisfy the personalized knowledge demand of user. The knowledge service originates from the information service, is extending and expands of traditional information service. It is value-added service which takes the user's needs as the goal driven, integrated in the user decision-making process, and helped the user to find or to form the solution of the question.This paper unifies the youth funding project of humanities social sciences study awarded by the Ministry of Education(Project number:09YJC870025), based on the researched results, analyses and discusses the identifying and acquiring method of user context, the building processes of user context ontology model, and the algorithm of personalized knowledge recommendation.The research aim of this paper is to design personalized knowledge service system which based on the user context ontology, which can solves the problems of "information resource semantics missing" and "user personalization missing" in the traditional information service system.The paper firstly introduced the research goal and significance, summarized and reviewed two key technologies in the personalized knowledge service system:the knowledge acquiring and the user modeling, proposed the personalized knowledge services structure construction based on the user context, then introduced the implication, classification and description language of ontology, discussed the construction method and tool of domain ontology; The discussed the user context knowledge modeling based on ontology, mainly includes the connotation of user context, the identifying and acquiring method of user context and the construction process of user context ontology model; Based on this, the paper proposed personalized knowledge service flow based on user context, and made the multianalysis of the key technologies, such as the construction of knowledge library, the semantics analysis of user inquiry, and the personalized knowledge recommendation algorithm; Finally introduced the design concept and the major function module of personalized knowledge service system, and had carried on the forecast to future research work.
