With accelerated pace of modernization of hospitals, the introduction of efficient and automatedlogistics system is extremely urgent. Track Vehicle System (TVS) has been more and more appliedfor its small occupation space, large loading space, smooth transportation and high fault tolerance, etc.However, how to achieving reasonable dispatching naturally becomes the key issue for an efficientlogistics system. The objective of this thesis is to propose an effective approach for dispatching ofTVS, in which high-efficiency is achieved without any conflict, and through TVS system simulationmodel, scheduling planning algorithm for and coordinating strategies were verified.In this paper, TVS dispatching planning and coordinating strategies were investigated based ondomestic and foreign research works. First of all, after discussion of single TV path planning andestablishment of environmental map model, single TV path planning had been realized with Dijkstraalgorithm based on the shortest path principle.Then on this basis, dynamic method combining Dijkstraalgorithm with the time window was proposed for TVS path planning.In dynamic environment, two-stage control strategy was presented. With online monitoringcoordinating strategies, TVs collision-free moving was achieved through combining traffic rules withpriorities in the system. Additionally, according to the actual situation of TVS, some typical types ofconflict were shown as examples and coordinating strategies for these conflicts were proposed basedon speed adjustment and path adjustment. At last, TVS simulation system was programmed by VC++,which emulated TVS dispatching planning algorithm and coordinating strategies through eM-Plant.The results indicated that the planning algorithms and strategies were effective.In the end of this paper, a brief summary was given and a further scope of dispatching planningtechnology of TVS was also given for the subsequent study.
