With the continuous progress of “smart power grids” construction and industriesdependent on electricity increases, the amount of power grid business data increasesexponentially, and it has developed into the massive-data category. Meanwhile, the StateGrid’s current operation of the centralized storage system and design is difficult to meetthe lean management objectives.Based on the distributed storage systems that already used and main distributedtechniques, firstly the paper gave a comprehensive study on the State Grid’s storageimprovement goals and needs; secondly it gave an analysis and design of State Grid’sbusiness data-storage model, also implemented the State Grid’s data-distributed-storagemanagement based on the Oracle database.In the data storage model design part, combined with the Power Grid’s demand anddata accessing features, the paper has carried on the overall system design, the moduledesign and the functional design. In the overall system design stage, the paper improvedthe access control performance in view of the State Grid’s3-level of data characteristic;in the module design stage, the paper improved the module-function security and theload-equalization in view of the distributed database system work mechanism; in thefunctional design stage, the paper proposed to visit the non-structured and structureddata periodically and controlled the user-accessing strictly to ensure the data security ofState Grid in view of the State Grid’s management characteristic.Finally, to guarantee the CAP characteristics, the paper realized a simpledistributed-transaction processing and distributed-lock control on the basis ofopen-source coding, also completed the detecting of feasibility and performanceoptimization of the system, gave an analysis about the causes of performance-changesin order to improve the system in the future.
