The naked-eye3D technology is a new type of displaying technology which isthat we don’t wear glasses or other auxiliary equipment and respectively transmittedto the corresponding left and right eye for stereo effect through a special opticaldevice with parallax three-dimensional image. naked-eye3D technology is not onlywidely used in3D camera,3D mobile phones,3D TV, and other products, but alsoused in the visual reversing, driving records, road recognition, etc.This thesis is based on binocular vision image acquisition, three-dimensionalcoordinate reconstruction principle and the theory support of naked-eye3Dtechnology and focuses on the double CMOS forms of the new3D vision sensor andits image acquisition system. The depth of the information needed for three-dimensional coordinate reconstruction is captured by3D vision sensor and getsomething with horizontal parallax of stereo pair images, through matching andsynthesis can obtain good3D effect from the naked-eye3D LCD screen displaying.The paper is based on automotive applications of the naked-eye3D technologyas the background, analyzeds the car stereo vision principle, structure, implement-ation method, etc.The3D sensor signals are controlled by FPGA, researching anddesigning the car stereo pair images accquisition system hardware and software thatcould satisfy the requirement of the embedded system.On the hardware FPGA as main control chip integration was carried out on thedouble sensor and its corresponding peripheral circuit design. The JTAG onlinedebugging and the AS program modules are designed by circuit board and there isthe RGB332VGA, USB2.0, GPIO various verification interface and the parallel dataoutput interface, etc. On the software by using Verliog HDL hardware programminglanguage16bits register address initialization method has been explored andcompleted the sensor configured correctly of the various parameters. On the basis ofthe realization of single sensor image acquisition and display the double sensorsynchronization acquisition, stereo pair images joining together and show thevalidation of the3D sensor are completed. Finally experiments show3D sensor and peripheral hardware part of the designwork well and system software writted can acquire precise stereo pair images andoutput it. After fixed software program by EPCS chip,it can be used as imageacquisition module independently and laid a good foundation for subsequent moreminiaturization and the transition of the research work.
