Research And Application Of Workflow Technology In Enterprise Business Report System In Prison

Workflow is a kind of to improve the work efficiency of the proposed to partly or fullyautomatic execution of business process, which according to a series of rules, promote thedocuments, information or tasks are delivered and executed in different executor, quicklyachieving business objectives. At present, Guangdong Province Prison System of informationmanagement is relatively backward, especially in the examination and approval of businessreports, still use the traditional manual transfer paper report mode, a level of approval. Thedepartments concerned are many and scattered, report management more confusion, low workefficiency. Report printing cost is high, and the waste of storage space. And the use ofworkflow software, can realize the automation of business report circulation, improve theefficiency of communication enterprise departments, save manpower and material resources,improve work efficiency, solve the enterprise management information transmission andfeedback impeded "bottleneck" problem.Based on this, this paper carried out the research and application of workflow technologyin enterprise business report system in prison. Firstly, This paper introduces the principle ofworkflow technology, and then carries on the demand analysis to the system, using theconcept of lightweight workflow technology and using J2EE and database technology torealize the enterprise business report system in prison，and then use the UML technology tothe overall analysis of the design of the system. Then the detailed design of the system, finallyrealized, testing and summary. This system uses the B/S structure, the JSP page to provideuser operation, EJB used to provide database operation and the business logic processing,using JBuilder development environment, Oracle9i as database.This system in the production of project introduction assessment as to the system designand implementation and examples, achieved the expected goals, to achieve the informationautomation report approval process, improve the prison enterprise operational efficiency, andhas strong scalability.
