| As the development of modern information technology, internet technology has constantlyblended into the daily teaching activities of all kinds of colleges and played a more and moreimportant role. However, constrained by the conditions, such as, the time, place, content ofcourses and students’ quality, the teacher’s classroom teaching has not reached the expected goodresults. Therefore, more and more vocational colleges have adopted network teaching, which isregarded as a teaching aid of traditional teaching, to enhance the teaching effectiveness. And nowmost colleges conduct network tutoring by the traditional network communication tools, such as,QQ and BBS, but the teaching effect is very limited.For the above reasons and after an insight into RIA network architecture and Flex relatedtechnologies, this thesis is intended to design and develop a teaching aid system suitable forvocational colleges on the basis of RIA network text chat rooms. Based on the system analysis ofthe overall demand, the system mainly describes two functions: multimedia tutoring module andeffectiveness feedback moduleOn the basis of conventional teaching aid system this thesis puts forward2new methods: first,the client uses the latest Flex4.5rich internet applications and the latest Flash MediaServer4streaming media server (FMS4), through the new communication protocol RTMFP achieving theFlashP2P multicast technology and ensuring the consistency and security of the multimediabroadcast, at the same time reducing the bandwidth consumption. Second, as for effectiveness oftutoring, this thesis proposes real-time feedback and counting the effectiveness of tutoring. Thenteachers can get historic effectiveness feedback of their teaching and students’ real-time feedbackin time, which can help teachers adjust the teaching schedules and improve teaching methods.We can further study: first, how we can make the students watch the teacher’s computerscreen directly; second, how to achieve students group discussion function; third, how to make thepresentation layer more beautiful and easier. |
