The progress of technology and the enhancement of consumption ability haveenabled users’ product functional requirements to become increasingly diversified andpersonalized. Manufacturing enterprises have to constantly develop personalizedproducts in order to meet market demands, and thus win survival and development. Atype of highly personalized portrait product is coming into being, and it’s graduallybecoming a potential new industry.Currently, one of the key issues that personalized portrait product manufacturingindustry needs to solve is how to realize realistic3D portrait modeling. The most directway of portrait3D modeling is using scanning device to capture customers’ shape andtexture information, although this method has higher precision, there are some defectssuch as the high cost of equipment and the inconvenience of scanning modeling objects.Currently, the latest means is using portrait3D modeling support system to reconstructportrait model by2D images. The reconstructed portrait model has high accuracy atfeature points, but the error in the non-feature region is large, the model’s reality is verylow after removing the texture features, thus it can not satisfy the needs of portraitproduct development. Therefore, it is necessary to propose a3D modeling method topromote personalized portrait product model’s similarity.Combined with the research project of personalized portrait crafts development,this paper conducts a study mainly around3D modeling similarity enhancement and itsevaluation technique of customer satisfaction-oriented portrait product. The researchcontents mainly include the following aspects:First of all, similarity enhancement-oriented3D portrait modeling method isstudied, and a methodology of3D portrait modeling based on macro deformation anddetailed sculpture deformation is proposed. Including using portrait3D modelingsupport system calibrates2D feature points and deforms standard model grandly toobtain initial portrait model, on this basis, combining knowledge of character features tomodify the initial model and, ultimately, obtaining a higher degree of similarity portraitmodel.Secondly, the similarity enhancement implementation process of portrait3Dmodeling is researched. Through analyzing the inadequacies of portrait product at thepresent stage, it gained specific requirements of portrait product’s3D modeling similarity enhancement. on this basis, with the reference of knowledge of characterfeatures and fusing3D sculpture techniques, the implementation process of similarityenhancement is proposed including model modification analysis, remodeling thelarge-scale of portrait model, carving facial details, capturing personality characteristics.Then, a customer satisfaction evaluation and application for portrait product isstudied. According to the demand analysis of customer satisfaction evaluation ofportrait product, requirement information are recognized and classified based on Kanomodel, and the customer satisfaction mathematical models of attractive,one-dimensional, must-be and reverse requirements are established respectively. On thisbasis, an optimized Kano-QFD integrated model is built to achieve accurate mappingbetween customer needs and product attributes, and its quantitative methods for everysteps are introduced in detail.Finally, the above method is applied to personalized portrait product developmentproject, and an application case for portrait product modeling is given in the paper. Thecase results show that the proposed methods and the established customer satisfactionevaluation and application models have good application effect, and it improves themodeling efficiency and model similarity in some degree.
