Under the background of the explosive growth of information technology and Internet in China,enterprise e-banking is an extension means for banks to improve the service level of enterprise customers.The function naming of enterprise online banking products is highly professional,complex,and does not constitute an industry benchmark,and the user experience is not perfect.From the bank's point of view,with a better user experience,it can successfully jump out of similar products,quickly occupy the market,and bring economic benefits to the bank.Mining the enterprise needs and user needs of enterprise e-banking,promoting the usability and satisfaction of products by technology,is the key to innovation.Interaction design can effectively tap the needs of users and enterprise customers,enrich the operation experience,and enhance the intrinsic value.Therefore,bank products pay attention to the design of user experience in the exploration of software development,in order to promote the innovation and optimization of bank products,and provide more humanized,safe and easy-to-use financial services for enterprise customers and users.In this paper,based on the current research status of enterprise online banking products in China and the author's internship,we find that the existing problems in the current relevant research and application are: the lack of research on enterprise customers,and the b-end products serve the enterprise business,rather than individual users.In view of the above problems,this paper mainly carries out innovative research in the following aspects:In the iterative design of enterprise online banking products,the double jig design type is used to plan the iterative design task process.The design is divided into four stages,including discovery stage,definition stage,design stage and output stage.(1)Discovery stage: quantitative research and qualitative research on the main enterprise customer groups of enterprise e-banking,design enterprise hierarchical conjecture and find problems and competitive products analysis.In the stage of discovery and definition,the established enterprises are stratified,and the data analysis is used to verify the data,and the enterprise role portrait and enterprise journey map are established.(2)Definition stage: Based on the analysis of the survey data summarized in the early stage,the design requirements of users and customers are clarified,and the design objectives and strategies are formulated,which provides the basis for the subsequent design output.(3)Design stage: according to the previous user analysis conclusions and competitive product analysis conclusions,around the design goal,the enterprise online banking in-depth design scheme,determine the framework and details of the interactive prototype,and carry out visual design.(4)Output stage: after the prototype demo is output,usability test is used to verify the feasibility of the enterprise online banking design scheme through the experimental conclusion,summarize the problems and put forward the optimization and modification scheme.This paper uses the double drill model as the guidance of design ideas,combines the design and research scheme of enterprise portrait with the product interface design of enterprise online banking,in order to achieve the goal of comprehensively improving product usability and satisfaction,and effectively deals with the above phenomenon.The research conclusion and design case provide reference and basis for the follow-up related bank financial products.
