In modern society, people’s intense competition, increasing pressure, the reaction ofthe human organism in these high-intensity pressure stimulation is made nervous. Thelong-term mental tension is likely to cause depression, heart disease; psychological stresscan even lead to sudden death. So how to determine the extent of a person’s spirit tensionis very important. Modern research shows that you can effectively identify the degree ofstress through the collection and analysis of EEG, providing a reliable basis for people’shealth or rehabilitation. This paper aims to design a human EEG acquisition and analysis system, the mainwork is divided into three parts: hardware system design, software design and stressanalysis of the EEG algorithm. EEG acquisition hardware design consists of threemodules: the acquisition module, the control module, the display module. Acquisitionmodule design includes a differential input, a frequency notch, a low-pass and high-passfilter, two amplifier circuit, etc.; each part of the circuit simulation tests and generate aPCB circuit board. The hardware design of the control module includes A/D conversion,communication-related parameter settings; this paper mainly uses the LPC2136microcontroller chip A/D conversion and UART serial communication. EEG acquisitiondigital signal transfer to the PC, the PC application C#software serialport, designed asimple interface for data transmission for display and preservation. Research part of thealgorithm, using MATLAB software collected EEG wavelet decomposition, waveletreconstruction to get EEG wave, then based on the average cycle windowed rhythmmethod for wave power spectrum, calculation rhythm wave energy, identify indicatorscharacteristics in order to determine the EEG stress degrees.
