Design And Implemetation Of Xi’an Unrevenue Incoming Management Information System

In recent years, with the reform of the financial system and implementation of the GoldenFinance, management of Non-tax revenue has been informationalized and systematized in mostparts of China. However, it is still run in some traditional ways in the city of Xi’an, which is notonly unsuitable with mainstream working style, but also inconvenience to non-tax revenuemanagement.Aiming at the problem of the management system, the funds turned over and allocatedprocessing and the budget system in non-tax revenue management, we put forward the systemdesign ideas and demand points for Non-tax Revenue Incoming Management Information System,on the basis of which, using J2EE platform and SSH framework, we design and develop thesystem. The system resolved the problem of imperfect processing flow of funds and the imperfectof the accounting process in a way.In the design and implementation process of the system, we do the things step by step asfollows: first, by the way of use-case, we determine the functions of each kind of users; and then,we divide the business levels of the system. Second, we design four function modules financialmanagement module, notes management module, accounting module and public module, and wedo some details divided for each module. At last, we realized the function of the system throughputting up the SSH frame.The author of this thesis participated in the whole process of the design and development ofthe system. In the course of project implementation, we solve the problem as follows:Firstly, by the long-term research of the requirement in this system, we designed a completesystem processes. Throughout the whole life cycle of the software system development, the core isthe requirement. The author has been worked in the tax department for a long time, and by theway of work experience and research, the author grasped the system requirements and designdirection. On this basis, the system was divided by four functional blocks and three businesslevels.Secondly, we controlled the development cycle and ensure the quality of the codes. In theproject implementation process, thanks to the good requirement analysis, in the stage of coding,we almost needn’t to change the requirement. In the development stage, we designed by interfacenot only dividing the DAO level and the Service level, the view and the controller, but alsoensuring the code quality and improving the maintainability and scalability of the entire system.
