Recent years, with more and more intense competition among enterprises,more and more enterprises recognize that customers of a business, their importanceis how much this enterprise will always leave no stone unturned to maintain theexistingcustomer base, as well as how to develop a new customer base, whichrequires businesses to provide customers with a good customer service, as well asthe construction of an effective business marketing channels to develop newcustomers. This many businesses are already building the company’s call centerplatform, providing customers with a passive service, but in order to maintainexisting customers, that simply providing passive service is never enough,customers need to be caring, while With the popularity of telemarketing, more andmore companies need to build a system to provide customers with active service,and telemarketing business.Telephone Q-Bar, China Unicom launched a voice based on the conferencecall value-added products. User dials the service access number into the systemplatform, the freedom to choose two or more persons with other users of the onlineexchange. The business provides users with an integrated information space ofinteraction. This article focuses on the billing system developed for TelephoneQ-Bar, made a thorough research on the design and implementation of certainfunctions.First of all, we have to inquire into the general architecture of the system. Wefocus on the hardware and software environment and the characteristic of thesystem. Next, we study the hardware architecture of the system and introduce thecharging function of EWSD switch. Finally, we discuss how the Telephone Q-Barcharging system works. We build a database model and develop subsystems abovethe database model, including data processing subsystem, report subsystem, querysubsystem.
