In the today's society, the foresight merchandise-suppliers have an universal view that it is important to strengthen the communicating with the clients and improve the quality of services for attracting the clients. And it is the powerful means of satisfying the clients that it should take the initiative in paying the clients a visit by telephone. So Call Center is coming.In this article, the main topic is about the design and implement of Information Monitor subsystem and Call recorder of large Call Center system .This paper, which is divided into four sections, introduces my R&D work on Call Center during the graduate studying period. And the primary work can be divided into these segments: Statistics of agent information and collection and display of kinds of sell data; the design and implement of call recorder.
