Recently, in the field of semiconductor laser, manufactures of china and abroad paymore attention to the structure and system of KW level semiconductor laser. Withwidely used of it,people in scientific research and production need to solve problemof fictitious load and burn-in system of high efficient driving and control system. Inthe producing process, we create a burn-in testing equipment for each laser drivingsystem with the using of fictitious LD BAR, which can avoid the risk of using real LDBAR.First, we chose a high power rectifier bridge, which has similar current voltage withLD BAR, according to the power of each diving system. We connect accurate rectifierbridge with heat sink (aluminum) through series and parallel connection. With thisfictitious LD BAR, we can proceed the testing successfully, but it is only for a shorttime, besides, the general utilization is unsatisfied.In order to avoid the bad general utilization and load overheating,,we design anupdate testing system,which has solved much burn-in problems for KW level laserdriving system, by the way,the advantages of this system is high general utilization,high power,,circulation water cooling system,and through the production,it has beenapproved that the system is very stable and heavy-duty. To be honest, this system isvery heavy and the structure is very complicate, it can only burn-in two sets3kw sys-tem at the same time, and the heat sink (aluminum) will be oxidized because of longtime soaking in the hot water, the aluminum hydroxide will affect the cleaning workto the hot water.In order to eliminate the above disadvantage, we chose mode structure, for example,cold water power mode, diode load mode, circulation water cooling system. It is like ahandcart and easy to install and move. In future, perhaps, temp-alarming, water levelalarming, electric flow meter will be added to this system.In a word, the Feasibility of diode layout with mode LD BAR will be illustrated inthis article, which can improve the testing efficient and reduce the cost of semicon-ductor laser system with a high efficient, convenient way.
