Now, with the development of China’s economic construction and with theincrease of the social population, social structure and order situation has becomeincreasingly complex. The demand for protection of life and property has become thefocus of public. The Independent and lacking linkage traditional security systemconstruction model is waste of resources, inefficient, so the rapid response capabilityof the Social Security Protection department is severely restricted. Therefore, usingvariety of advanced, rational, mature security technology and constructing digital,networked, integrated new town of Hua Ming three networks linkage applicationplatform is conducive to enhance the ability and level of social security protection andpeople’s living environment.This paper designs wisdom and safe business processes and WAP site though thesituation of Hua Ming Town security system construction which is "anti-technologynetwork and geographic information systems, This not only enhance the security levelof the town of Hua Ming, but also can realize main features of the system.This thesis analyzes business process of the three networks linkage applicationplatform and focuses on the practical application of Public Security GPS vehiclelocation and video surveillance applications.Anti-technology network constructs and integrates city-wide anti-technologysystem resources using a lot of advanced security technology. The monitoring andalarm terminal at all levels relate interactive through the control center and theanti-technology network subsystem. Video monitoring system has "a little landing, thewhole network roaming", and electronic mount system has "a little dispatched, thewhole network response technology". This can play a key role in all kinds of safetyprecautions and group events command in mobilizing and emergency department.Through this design, we provides a scientific and reliable security design forwisdom Huaming. Through with the discussion of Huaming town leaders proved thefeasibility of this program, but there are also some design deficiencies, there is stillroom for improvement.
