Design And Implementation Of Ecograi Module For MO~2GO

The implementation of new organizational structures and information systemacross and into companies requires discussions between different stakeholders ofthe enterprise. Therefore，the modelling of enetrprise processes including theorganizational units and information systems is an essential step. The software toolM02G0(Method for Object Oriented Business Process Optimization) supports themodelling process based on the integrated enterprise modelling (IEM). With theimprovement of user requirement, the module becomes particularly important thatusing performance indicators evaluate the work efficiency of different work process.ECOGRAI is a methodology to design and to implement performances indicatorssystem for enterprise organizations. Actually, the ingenuity of ECOGRAI method isnot in the deifnitions of performances indicators only，lead to the functiondecreasing. But the search of Drivers can act to reach objectives of enterprise，inother words ECOGRAI can relate objectives with performance indicators throughdrivers organically. This thesis is to research how to integrate methodologyECOGRAI into IEM modelling language, from a practical point of view is todevelop ECOGRAI module for M02G0software. The purpose is to reduce theindependence of ECOGRAI，in order to boost the communication between theelements of ECOGRAI and IEM. Finally, the objective is to expand the function ofthis sort of software and extend the user groups.
