As China’s water scarcity, and there are large areas of heavy metal pollution inwaters, which not only affects the daily water to local residents, but also makes adverseinfluence on industrial and agricultural production. Based on the above background, awater pollution monitoring system relying on part of863projects is designed.Based on heavy metal detection technology, the author designs a remotelycontinuous online monitoring system combined with wireless transmission technology.The system can automatically obtain heavy metal detector data, and transform the datato industrial touch screen through the RS-485bus. Voltammetric signal is denoised bywavelet de-noising algorithm.3G wireless communication module uploads the ionconcentration data to the cloud.PXA270is the control center of the system,its voltage is provided by theMAX1586power chip. Isolation circuit is designed to prevent damage to the devicecaused by the equation between the field devices and the hardware system. Inembedded operating system2.6,3G network device driver and RS-485device driverare designed. Three application layer software are designed, including heavy metalsdata acquisition,3G transmission and RS-485bus communication.The issue involves multidisciplinary content, through the use of embeddedtechnology the issue put forward a feasible solution in the field of heavy metaldetection of the water environment. Embedded technology,3G communicationstechnology and Advanced human-computer interaction technology are applied to thefield of environmental monitoring of water quality.
