As the advantages of conformal dome designed in the type of streamline, it cansignificantly reduce the resistance of the highly speeding missiles and significantlyextend the effective distance of the missiles, making it widely used in the aerospacefields. The high steepness characteristic along with streamlined design makes itdifficult to detect the surface of steep conformal dome. With the development ofoptical testing and optical fabrication, the high detection accuracy and low-costtesting methods for the steep conformal dome is to be studied.The thesis studies on steep conformal dome testing with the annularsub-aperture stitching testing technique. The annular sub-aperture division formulaof the steep conformal dome was derived and the algorithm of the annularsub-aperture stitching was optimized to increase the detection accuracy of thesurface.Fristly, the thesis studies on the basic principle of detection methods withsub-aperture stitching and the algorithm of the annular sub-aperture stitching,including serial stitching algorithm and global optimization algorithm, and it hasoptimized the precision of stitching algorithm. Secondly, the specific parameters ofthe tested dome were analysed; the measurement scheme of the surface of steepconformal dome was proposed; the mathematical formulas of the sub-apertureeffective area were derived; the parameters of the sub-aperture effective area werecalculated and optimized; the phase data of the annular area was preprocessed.Finally, the detection method of annular sub-aperture stitching high steepnessaspheric has been tested through on experimental verification. The errors andaccuracy of the experiment were analyzed from the two parts, including theinterferometer inherent error and the annular sub-aperture stitching error. Thevalidity of the stitching algorithm was verified by comparative analysis of theprecision of two stitching algorithms. The PV value of the test result has reachedĪ»/10.
