The contemporary features is Digital, using new media combined with the currentsocial background, solving the problems that exist in urban and rural areas, conductingempirical investigation with the classical theory and getting a series of strategic plans,the results of the current study is meaningful for the migrant workers.In this paper, the main research methods are using literature analysis tounderstand the migrant workers and applying empirical investigation to grasp theproblem of them and draw a series of research strategies.First, using literature analysis to understand the research status of migrantworkers into city and media literacy, through these methods to grasp the researchquestions and research groups.Secondly, through the empirical investigation to get the pressing problems andactual needs of migrant workers. Based on ERG theory to propose three levels ofstrategic plan, the three dimensions are integrated into the Geographic InformationLocator System, which will extend to the virtual network in real life, the first layer ofstrategy is applying the serious games, the second layer strategy is applying the socialplatform, the third layer strategy is applying the website.Thirdly, for example to the first layer to achieve the serious game design to boostmigrant workers into city. Serious games have practical functions. It is meanful forapplying serious games to adapt city life. In addition, people relate the geographicinformation in their daily life, serious games are combined with the geospatialinformation. Through playing serious game to virtual environment so that the virtualexperience can be directly used to guide and strengthen user’s real life, achieve thepersonalization services.Finally, to complete the design of city’s serious game and carry on the userexperience testing for this game.In conclusion, the paper explore new media’s service space to boost migrantworkers into city and complete serious game’s functions. Extending the serious games’sfunctions from the virtual space to the physical space, to combine with real production.Achieving the new media personalization and serving the people’s daily production andlife.
