With the increasing demand of users wanting the access to the Internet, LTEtechnology (3G evolution of technology) seems to be an important point for mobilecommunications industry to research. LTE enhances the speed of uplink and downlinktransmission and reduces the transmission delay, to a great extent to meet the needs ofusers of new business. Despite the current wireless network bandwidth has been wide, but for a large number of users with high-quality transmission service will still run outof bandwidth resources, how to improve and optimize the LTE communication resourcescheduling algorithms become an important research direction. With the increasing of serving cell number of users and business requirements, thecurrent service is difficult to meet the needs of all users within the cell. Some users maybe of poor quality because of the channel, leading to a serious decline in the quality ofservice, then we need scheduling algorithm performance to ensure the service of users.Just increasing the throughput of the cell is no longer a major considerationperformance standards, how to enhance the user experience is the focus of futureresearch. If the district has many users simultaneously on-demand high-definition video, itrequires a lot of downlink data to meet user demand for services. However, the existingscheduling algorithms can’t meet customer demand, resulting video playback pause, which affects the user experience. To address this problem, we optimize resourcescheduling algorithm, which is designed to reduce the number of video playback pause, improve video picture quality and improve the fairness among users. How to allocate resources to the user, how to give users into service priorities andhow to distinguish between important information and secondary information have adirect impact on the quality of service. Considering the urgency of this business, packetsurvival time and other factors, the essay proposes a method for improving QoE(Quality of Experience) of cross-layer optimization methods. First, sending the receiveduser information back to the end of the media access control layer, according to theurgency of the service ranking users’ services, put them into different priority queues. Then according to the video subjective scoring, adjust scheduling feedback factor. Finally, to schedule the resource using optimized algorithms. In the informationtransmission process, to ensure that important information (key frame) prioritytransmission, to avoid the secondary information crowding the bandwidth, resulting in adecline QoE. The ultimate goal of optimization is to provide users with the best serviceexperience. The main consideration of the essay is to optimize the user experience. In thescheduling process, improve QoE by appropriately cutting down other performance. For video pause times, EXP algorithm performance increases34.4%, PF algorithmperformance increases58.1%, MT algorithm performance increases76.1%. After theoptimization, fairness of the algorithms has also been improved.
