Today, the smart terminal equipment flourish, the user of mobile devices tolisten to music, browse pictures, watch videos is growing. Due to the rapidadvances in Internet technology, people’s daily life need more and moremultimedia applications. With the increase of multimedia applications, the userexperience will be made more higher requirements. With the widespreadapplication of streaming media technology in people’s lives, streaming mediabusiness has entered a stage of rapid development. However, there are somefactors that restrict the development of streaming media technology, the mostdifficult is the quality of service this constraint.It is well known that the Internet services provided to users is not stable, is akind of contribute according to one’s ability service. In wireless networkenvironment and the number of mobile device users more, the availablebandwidth is prone to greater volatility. In such conditions, to carry video trafficand get better video quality than the stable there is a big challenge. Deficienciesin the process of playing streaming media will appear in the block, delay, jitter,and have influence on the user experience. In this case, the user cannot obtainbetter service experience. In order to overcome this effect, transmission schemeof streaming media system needs to be able to adaptively adjust, this adaptivetransmission scheme can make the data and adapt to the unstable networkenvironment in the process of transmission. Thus in the current networkenvironment is not stable, users can get the best experience of strea ming media.This article is a response to this challenge in the design and implementation onthe Android platform multimedia framework for interaction between multipledevices. Then use mature multimedia playback engine FFmpeg, around thecharacteristics of mobile networks and mobile terminals, trying to find a quickand easy method for video playback. This paper is based on the adaptivestreaming technology and multimedia engine FFmpeg player, designed andimplemented in a high-quality user experience end Android platform mobilestreaming media business systems, video sharing, video synchronization andmulti-screen integration. Video sharing is based on TCP Sockets achievecommunication between two or more smart mobile devices. The URL of thevideo you want to share send to each client through Socket. Then automaticallyplay the specified video file. Achieve video-sharing purposes. On this basis, the requirement to synchronize the video playback, but different for each frame ofvideo playback devices are synchronized. On the basis of the synchronousplayback, a plurality of terminals while playing a video, each terminal device isonly part of the video player. Then, all the equipment to form a complete videoscreen and the entire video screen larger.
