Research On The Collection And Management Of Public Opinion In BBSes

With the development of the internet, research on network public opinion is currentlya hot spot. When internet users continues to grow steadily, the users of forum/BBS which is one of the sources of public opinion, is becoming more andmore. Therefore, monitoring the public opinion in BBSes, is an important partof network public opinion monitoring. Network public opinion monitoring consistmainly of "network public opinion collection" and" public opinion analysis ". The basisof public opinion research is network public opinion collection,therefore, thestudy of public opinion information collection is of great significance.This paper firstly discusess the related concept and techniques, and then presents themethods to improve efficiency of public opinion collection processing andmanagement for bbs structure, finally produces the processing results for theexperimental data and displays information of public opinion and the hot spotinformation in the framwork of Spring+DWR.The major work of this paper is summarized as follows:1) With regard to research on public opinion collection, this paper studies thecharacteristics of bbs structure, in-depth analysises Heritrix functional structure andthe principle. The BBS public opinion information collection scheme is designedusing the extended Heritrix extractor.2) With regard to research on public opinion analysis, this paper studies theHtmlparser to extract information, in-depth analysises Htmlparser functionalstructure and the principle. The BBS public opinion information extraction scheme isdesigned.3) With regard to research on database storage. this paper studies the databasestorage of extracted public opinion and establish the index for the post titles tocompare the efficencies.
