Remote sensing is detected by performing the object sensor to the distant,record theradiation and reflection characteristics of information,through the analysis of the objectcharacteristic information,research to determine the object position,shape,character and ageographic information science domain interaction environment science and technology.With the high-speed development of social economy and remote sensing technology has beenmore and more important industry,agriculture,forestry,land transportation,electric power,national defense and national economy,advanced technology of the field of remote sensinghas become an important research direction of top domestic and foreign research institutes,institutions of higher education,the future major changes in the field of Surveying andmapping is to a large extent the development remote sensing science,remote sensing dataacquisition,processing,analysis,application and a series of techniques become especiallyimportant,with various sensors,access to a lot of hyperspectral and multitemporal,multiresolution satellite image data,the quality status of massive remote sensing data at the sametime the related to satellite data can meet the application need,must therefore remote sensingdata to obtain the mass quality of a series of analysis was to determine whether can meet theneed of practical application,two aspects of evaluation methods in this paper mainly from thesubjective quality evaluation and objective quality,subjective quality analysis mainlydepends on the human eye to color,brightness,the amount of information,image definitionperception and discrimination. Objective quality analysis mainly from the variance,standarddeviation,variance,skewness,kurtosis, mean deviation,information entropy as the sevenparameter to distinguish the quality of image,the variance,comparative study of No. threeresources satellite images and LandSat-8images of two kinds of satellite data of standarddeviation,variance,mean deviation,kurtosis information entropy,skewness,numerical caseto analyze the image quality. Comparison between image’ covariance and correlation,through a series of comprehensive judgement to the overall quality of image. Because theremote sensing satellite data acquisition and cannot be used directly,so we study all kinds ofmethods,the technology to process these data becomes the first step of our application ofsatellite remote sensing data to resolve the copyright fees,subject to the current commercial software and solution of ZY-3satellite data requirements,developed a software systemanalysis for ZY-3satellite image quality evaluation has become an important subject ofstudy.In this paper,using IDL programming language and IDL4.8platform to develop ZY-3data processing of satellite imagery and analysis system,realized the acquisition of image,data pretreatment,characteristic extraction,analysis and image quality analysis.
